Common questions

What files can I upload?

AcadyLearn is built for common study materials such as lecture PDFs, slides, notes, and documents. If an upload fails, check the file size, make sure the file is not password protected, and try exporting it as a PDF.

Why did my quiz miss something from my document?

Generated quizzes are based on extracted document text. Dense slides, scanned images, handwritten notes, or low-quality PDFs can reduce extraction quality. Try uploading a clearer PDF or a document with selectable text.

Can I edit or regenerate quizzes?

Quiz editing and regeneration depend on your plan. If a quiz looks incomplete or off-topic, include the quiz title and source document name when you contact support.

How do flashcards work?

Flashcards are generated from your uploaded material to help you review key terms and concepts. If a deck is missing important content, the source document may not have extracted cleanly.

How do subscriptions and cancellations work?

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account settings when available, or email support for help. Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not automatically delete your account.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

If you have an active paid subscription, contact support before deleting your account so we can confirm billing status and avoid leaving an external subscription active.

Do you use my uploads to train AI models?

No. Uploaded documents are processed to provide study tools for your account. See the Privacy Policy for more detail about data handling and sub-processors.
